Re: 2025 In Review | 2026 Ahead

Dear fellow Executive Directors:

As we approach the close of another dynamic year, I invite each of you to take a moment to pause and reflect with me on the journey we've taken together in 2025. This year has been defined by bold safety initiatives, enhanced risk control strategies, and a shared commitment to protecting what matters most-our people and our purpose.

Now is the time to reflect - to look back with intention. What strategies helped us move the needle on safety? Which initiatives sparked new thinking or strengthened our response to risk? Let's celebrate those successes while we acknowledge any challenges.

With those insights in hand, we must now refocus. As we prepare for 2026, where should our energy go? What priorities will have the greatest impact on our staff, our residents, and our mission? This is our opportunity to align our goals with what we've learned, ensuring that our next steps are both strategic and sustainable. Refocusing also means recommitting-to the values that guide us, to the standards that protect us, and to the people who rely on us. It's about sharpening our vision and channeling our efforts where they matter most. Together, we can build on our momentum and move forward with clarity and confidence.

And finally, let's rise. Rise to meet the new year with purpose. Rise to continue building a culture where safety, care, and excellence are not just buzz words-they're our way of working.
