NCHARRP CEO Kim Wrenn Retiring

After an extraordinary career spanning nearly four decades, we would like to announce the retirement of Kim Wrenn who has been part of the NCHARRP family since its very beginning in 1988.  She is retiring March 31, 2026.

From NCHARRP's earliest days, Kim played a vital role in shaping the path of our organization. Starting as one of our original adjusters, she quickly became known for a strong work ethic, steady leadership, and an unwavering commitment to the people and mission of NCHARRP. Over the years, Kim took on new challenges, grew alongside the organization, and ultimately rose to the role of CEO.

As Kim steps into retirement, we extend our heartfelt gratitude for her remarkable service and lasting impact. While we will miss her presence greatly, we also celebrate this exciting new chapter ahead.
