Connie Campbell, CEO: Connie has 24 years of experience with NCHARRP and a deep understanding of the organization's operations and mission. Her career began as the workers' compensation adjuster and developed into the role of benefits coordinator and later CFO. She holds a dual-state adjuster's license.

Susan Cudd,Property Casualty Claims Representative: Susan has an extensive career in the insurance industry that includes 35 years as an agent producer with State Farm Insurance and 6 years as a multi-line adjuster with NCHARRP. She holds a NC adjuster license.

Cathy Morrison, Controller: Cathy has 20 years of experience as a controller in a large international business environment. She has extensive knowledge of financial reporting and budget management. She holds an accounting degree from Clemson University and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Jenni Threatt, Workers' Compensation Assistant: Jenni is NCHARRP's Administrative Assistant with over 15 years of experience in the Insurance Industry. Jenni is a licensed Producer, and she holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology from Winthrop University. Jenni and her family reside in Fort Mill, SC.
